Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
